Palmer lane lift station is more than 50′ below grade. The building was constructed to blend in with the future housing development that was under development at the time.

This lift station is located next to the east park center bridge on your way to Harris Ranch. This building follows the trend to make wastewater structures look more appealing. The building sits on top of the prefabricated lift station that extends approximately 25′ below grade.

This is the Local Highway Technical Assistance Council (LHTAC) office building. We lovingly refer to it as our Frank Lloyd Wright Building. Designed by McKeegan Architects there are over a dozen different roof elevations. This building uses pervious concrete in the parking lot as part of the storm drain system.
