Down Town Boise Alley Retrofit
Alley Before Renovation ACHD has initiated a plan to update alleys in down town Boise. The existing alleys have been plagued by poor drainage and are unsightly. As part of a pilot program BriCon, Inc. paved two alleys in concrete and hired local hardscape experts, Northwest Hardscape http://www.nwhardscapespecialties.com, to install the permeable pavers in the center. The project involved relocating utilities, installing a drainage structure in the center of the alley.
